🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and exploratory conversations.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical sourcer or similar role.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience with Greenhouse
• Ability to source candidates with niche expertise
