Description

You will manage contracts across their full lifecycle, supporting business growth by managing legal and commercial risk while enabling effective delivery of software and services to NHS and UK healthcare providers. You'll work closely with Legal, Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure contractual arrangements align with business objectives and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years contract management experience
• Healthcare, IT, or public sector experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of UK model form contracts and NHS procurement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support tender and bid responses for NHS and public sector procurements
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts
• Manage post-contract obligations, change control, and variations
• Identify and escalate legal and commercial risks
• Provide practical contractual guidance to internal teams
