You'll proactively identify trends and anomalies in claims data and build scalable methodologies to replace ad-hoc requests. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively spot denial trends and anomalies in unpaid claims
• Track and quantify improvements from updated protocols
• Analyze dollar flow from claim phase to claim phase
• Build repeatable frameworks for AR analyses and triage

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, operations, or consulting
• Strong analytical skills: Excel fluency and BI tool comfort
• Proactive mindset to find problems before they escalate
• Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure from scratch

• Coding experience (SQL, Python)
• Healthcare or RCM experience
