You'll lead projects from kick-off to release, owning key workflows in Graphite's web app. Your core impact will be rethinking code review for fast-moving teams and evolving our design system. You'll champion product culture at a fast-paced, design-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Iterate quickly with design and engineering on specs
• Champion and evolve product culture and processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a product manager
• Background as a software engineer or in CS
• Ability to translate ambiguous user needs to concrete requirements
• Proven product design experience with iterative approaches

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, enterprise, devtools, or productivity tools
• Understanding of web front-end (HTML/CSS, React)
• Experience working alongside product designers
