💼 About This Role

You'll integrate, test, and deploy autonomous UAVs, working hands-on with hardware and software teams to bring drones to flight readiness. Your systematic testing will define our development path and ensure robust real-world performance. You'll fly missions from backpackable quads to multi-meter fixed-wings and demonstrate systems across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate hardware and software to achieve UAV flight readiness
• Fly, tune, and operate drones from quads to fixed-wings
• Own qualification flight testing, data processing, and documentation
• Demonstrate systems to partners and end users across Europe

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional drone assembly, tuning, and operation experience
• Proficiency with ground control software like Mission Planner or QGroundControl
• Proficiency with flight control software (ArduPilot/PX4)
• Skill in soldering wires and troubleshooting electronics

✨ Nice to Have

• Data analysis skills (log interpretation, root cause analysis)
• Experience with environmental tests like vibration or EMI
• Familiarity with command line and basic scripting
