💼 About This Role

You'll provide remote speech therapy to a diverse pediatric population using Expressable's custom telehealth platform and AI assistant Scout. Your work will focus on measurable outcomes and caregiver education to empower families. This role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 7 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's technology platform
• Complete documentation accurately and on time per quality standards
• Cover PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

📋 Requirements

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and individual NPI number
• MA state license (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Experience conducting assessments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in teletherapy or remote clinical care
• Experience with adult clinical care and assessments
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
