You'll be the first point of contact for GoHenry customers, navigating their queries via phone, chat, and email. Your core impact is providing patient, thoughtful solutions that help customers get the best from our prepaid debit card and app. This late-shift role offers a stable Monday-Friday 5pm-1am pattern.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate resolutions
- Navigate multiple systems while guiding customers verbally
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
📋 Requirements
- Transferable customer service skills from contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality
- High standard of written and verbal English
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems while explaining solutions
