You'll drive cross-functional projects spanning monetization, performance, and compliance, working with senior stakeholders to accelerate progress. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional Supply initiatives
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and timelines
• Drive end-to-end execution across Product, Legal, Tax, and Data
• Improve processes and operating models for recurring topics

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in strategy & ops, consulting, or marketplace operations
• Strong program leadership with cross-functional experience
• Stakeholder management and influence skills with senior leaders
• Data-driven approach with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
• Experience in marketplaces or platform businesses
• Background in consulting or strategy & ops
