You'll manage multi-currency accounting and Stripe reconciliation for a travel industry business. You'll also clean up historical records and audit job costing reports for accuracy and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle transaction entries, reconciliations, and full A/P and A/R management.
• Manage and reconcile multi-currency accounts.
• Process and reconcile Stripe transactions, including fees and payouts.
• Prepare and audit job costing reports for accuracy and profitability.
• Review and correct historical accounting records.

📋 Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the travel industry.
• Expert-level QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Proven experience with multi-currency accounting and reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of Stripe payment processing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Demonstrated experience with job costing reports.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas).
