💼 About This Role

You'll own the company's capital planning strategy and long-range financial modeling for a high-growth AI cloud platform. You'll serve as the primary interface with private credit funds and institutional lenders to secure large-scale infrastructure financing. This role offers high visibility at the intersection of capital markets and executive strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop multi-year capital plans integrating buildout timelines and revenue.
• Build integrated financial models for debt sizing and covenant compliance.
• Manage relationships with private credit funds and institutional lenders.
• Lead due diligence and coordinate cross-functional financing execution.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or private credit.
• Deep experience with private credit and direct lending markets.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling and capital structure analysis.
• Proven track record managing lender relationships and transactions.
