You'll drive global distribution for ZURU's beauty brands, partnering with teams across China to execute go-to-market plans. You'll leverage business development principles to expand into new markets and support in-market teams. This role acts as a conduit between front-end sales and back-end operations to ensure profitable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage ZURU's business development principles to drive distribution
• Partner with supply, merchandising, design and factory teams in China
• Drive execution of global go-to-market plan and business management strategy
• Support commercial negotiations and develop volume forecasts and profitability
• Prepare global brand content and present brand strategy to customers
