You'll lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and go-to-market teams at an AI-driven infrastructure company. You'll partner with hiring leaders to define talent strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role offers fully flexible remote work and equity participation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations and priorities
- Source and engage candidates using modern recruiting strategies
- Track recruitment funnel metrics and optimize hiring efficiency
๐ Requirements
- Experience recruiting within SaaS start-up or scale-up environments
- Ability to independently manage a full requisition load
- Expertise in strategic sourcing techniques for hard-to-find talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Ashby)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with international hiring pipelines
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning industry
- Experience with Ashby ATS
