• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions

• Track recruitment funnel metrics and optimize hiring efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Experience recruiting within SaaS start-up or scale-up environments
• Ability to independently manage a full requisition load
• Expertise in strategic sourcing techniques for hard-to-find talent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Ashby)

• Experience with international hiring pipelines
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning industry
