💼 About This Role

You'll lead product vision and strategy for a construction tech startup building the Google Maps for the Underground. You'll own the roadmap end-to-end and drive execution with engineering. This role offers tremendous upside as the company scales in a $4.7T industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set product vision and strategy with CEO and leadership
• Own the product roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration
• Align with engineering to drive roadmap execution
• Lead and grow the product team, including hiring and mentoring PMs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years as a people manager
• Shipped multiple iterations of successful B2B products
• Ability to go deep on technical detail and zoom out to strategy

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior industry experience in Utilities, Construction, or Climate Tech
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (B.S. or M.S.)
