Description

You will be the first and last touchpoint for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience, managing appointments and walk-ins, and providing a high level of hospitality. This full-time role involves a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week.

Requirements

• At least 1 year customer service or receptionist experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
• Veterinary industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Manage daily appointment and walk-in schedule
• Take and make calls and communicate via email
• Keep common areas clean and well stocked
• Provide hospitality and answer client questions
