Description

As a Senior Revenue Accountant at Anaplan, you will own accounting for professional services contracts, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market teams to support operational execution and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of revenue recognition experience with in-depth knowledge of ASC 606
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, growing company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research and apply applicable accounting guidance

Responsibilities

• Process and review professional services contracts, billing, and revenue schedules in Workday
• Evaluate and document accounting treatment for non-standard revenue transactions
• Support close process with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Review contract amendments for compliance with revenue recognition policy
• Assist with external audit requests and quote-to-cash cycle special projects
