Description
You will drive new business acquisition within a specified territory, selling MongoDB's database platform to enterprise customers. You'll build relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders, partner with solution architects, and participate in sales enablement programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years field experience with Public Sector accounts and quota-carrying in competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run complex sales process
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Native Italian and fluent in English; based in Rome area
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- Build strong relationships resulting in growth opportunities
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services for customer satisfaction
- Work with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
