You'll play a key role in driving financial accuracy and operational insight for a division of a global building products company. You'll support month-end close, daily revenue/labor metrics, and cost accounting processes. This role offers collaboration across departments and exposure to strategic initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting month-end close
• Compiling and publishing daily revenue and labor metrics
• Maintaining accurate job cost reporting and backlog management
• Performing entries and reconciliations for accruals and commissions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis in manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kronos timekeeping systems
• Cost accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry background
