You'll lead multiple product engineering teams at CoderPad, a platform transforming technical interviews. Your core impact is shaping technical strategy and mentoring managers to deliver high-quality software. You'll report to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to scale systems and processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support multiple engineering teams and senior engineers.
• Define technical architecture and long-term system strategy.
• Own and manage technical roadmaps with product and engineering leadership.
• Partner with Product Management to align engineering with product priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Experience managing engineering teams and engineering managers.
• Proven track record leading teams delivering complex, reliable software systems.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting distributed or globally distributed engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of system reliability and operational excellence.
