💼 About This Role

You'll drive payment partnership expansion for Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to go-live, building strategic relationships with PSPs and merchants across MENA. This role offers high impact in a rapidly growing region, with the chance to shape Binance's payment infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and scale partnerships with payment service providers and acquirers.
• Own full enterprise sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and execution.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers at PSPs and merchants.
• Design regional expansion strategies for high-impact verticals like gaming and e-commerce.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years in payments, fintech, acquiring, or digital wallet ecosystems.
• Proven enterprise-level business development experience with C-suite engagement.
• Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, or financial institutions in MENA.
• Fluency in English and relevant regional languages.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments and compliance.
• Knowledge of card networks, settlement flows, and risk management.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
