You'll own sourcing-heavy recruiting for senior software engineers at a defense-tech startup, building Twenty's New York engineering presence from the ground up. Your core impact will be turning cold outreach into high-signal pipelines and hires in a highly competitive market. This builder role lets you shape hiring strategy, candidate experience, and recruiting playbooks from scratch.
π― What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior Software Engineering hires from intake to close.
- Build and scale outbound sourcing pipelines for high-priority engineering roles.
- Lead high-touch closing efforts for competitive senior engineering candidates.
- Help establish and grow Twentyβs engineering brand in the New York market.
π Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for Software Engineering roles.
- Consistently built sourcing-heavy pipelines and generated qualified candidates through outbound recruiting.
- Closed passive senior engineering candidates in highly competitive markets.
- Run full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer and close.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience helping establish or scale hiring in a new office/market.
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and scorecards.
- Experience with AI-assisted sourcing and automation tools.
