💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize the financial planning system Pigment while leading AI adoption across Finance at a mission-driven mental healthcare company. Your work will directly enable scalable planning infrastructure and smarter decision-making to support rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and enhance Pigment models, workflows, and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to build clean integrations and data integrity
• Streamline budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes
• Create scalable frameworks to reduce manual work and improve precision

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Finance Systems roles
• Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment or Anaplan
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience improving finance workflows through automation or process redesign

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing AI workflows in a business setting
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and data integrations
• Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses
