As an Operations Associate, you will execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, support key operational functions like shipment and floor set updates, and champion strong visual standards. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure efficient stockroom operations and a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes for safe efficient operation
