You'll join the Partner Programs team at Agoda, supporting key account strategies with data insights and tools. Through performance tracking and modeling and building dashboards and automated reports, you'll directly optimize marketing solutions for accommodation partners. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global travel platform and collaborate with teams worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze supply data to develop performance tracking models and optimization recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic projects by proposing and assessing actions with cross-functional teams.
• Create dashboards, automated reports, calculators, and data feeds for product and operations.
• Support real-time decision-making with actionable data insights and reporting tools.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or consulting in e-commerce/tech.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business analytics or statistics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel used in real work projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience with R/Python/Spark for complex analytics and machine learning.
• Track record building automated analytical processes and functionalities.
• Master's degree in statistics, operations research, or data science.
