💼 About This Role

You'll manage relationships and drive monetisation for the Fresha platform, connecting beauty and wellness businesses with payment solutions. You'll own a portfolio of Partner accounts, proactively engaging to meet revenue KPIs and convert them to our payments product. This role offers the chance to work in a dog-friendly London office with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage Partners on Fresha's payments solution to drive monetisation.
  • Serve as dedicated advisor to a portfolio of Partner accounts.
  • Optimise listing content and availability to maximise marketplace conversions.
  • Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding for smooth Partner handover.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a previous Account Management role.
  • Closing skills – demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate.
  • Analytics – proven experience using data to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Teleprospecting – experience in an outbound call environment or related sales role.

  • Fluency in English and another language.
