🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of customers as primary point of contact
• Onboard new customers and drive successful implementation
• Prescribe platform configuration for construction use cases
• Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks

📋 Requirements

• Customer Success experience with SaaS products
• Experience in construction or industrial industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to configure workflows and solve problems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Familiarity with LeanData or similar data platforms
