You'll provide 1-on-1 care to adult clients in their homes, assisting with personal care and daily tasks. Your work directly improves clients' quality of life and independence. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive team with 24/7 clinical backup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Perform ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Check vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Manage home tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making

📋 Requirements

• Current CHHA license in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing
• At least 1 year of experience as companion or CHHA

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Completion of BAYADA's HHA certification class
