💼 About This Role

You'll design AI and agent solutions (Software 3.0) for XP Inc.'s strategic platforms, ensuring they follow architectural standards. You'll translate business problems into viable agentic architectures, balancing innovation with pragmatism. This role allows you to shape the long-term AI vision of a leading fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and govern platform architecture standards and guardrails
• Conduct Architecture Reviews and guide teams without creating bureaucracy
• Architect agent orchestration, memory stores, tools, and control plane
• Structure end-to-end LLMOps: model selection, evals, monitoring, fallback

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture leading end-to-end complex systems
• Distributed architecture expertise: microservices, events/messaging, APIs
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic applications in production
• Experience with LLMOps/Evals: observability, quality tests, guardrails, fallback

✨ Nice to Have

• Built corporate platforms or internal frameworks (SDKs, templates, blueprints)
• Advanced RAG, memory, tooling/orchestration, and offline/online evaluators
• Experience with failures/incidents and translating lessons into guardrails
