Description

You will provide strategic leadership and oversight of finance operations, including month-end close, balance sheet reviews, and general accounting. You'll lead a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate across the organization to support company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 5+ years in general accounting with 2+ years people management
• Experience leading teams of 6+ including outsourced providers
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with large multi-module cloud accounting systems (Dynamics NAV/MS D365 preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
• Own full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, and month-end close
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports
• Provide insights and trend analysis to inform financial strategy
• Lead projects for process improvements and system upgrades
