💼 About This Role

You'll lead operational and financial diagnostics to identify EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities for both underperforming and healthy businesses. You'll work closely with senior leadership and client teams to drive measurable results. This role offers direct exposure to Private Equity sponsors and high-impact initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute operational and financial diagnostics, including variance analysis
• Develop and support bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives with client teams
• Manage workstreams and mentor junior team members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in value creation, financial/operational consulting, or performance improvement
• Experience contributing to EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives
• Strong operational finance capabilities including financial analysis and cost structures
• Experience supporting value creation initiatives with Private Equity sponsors

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience conducting Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses
• Background as an operator (e.g., interim leadership or line management)
• MBA or advanced degree
