🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor client condition and report changes to clinical team
• Document care electronically using Cubhub
• Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Previous home care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with electronic charting systems
