You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, using Ashby ATS and AI tools to build a best-in-class hiring operation. This role offers direct impact on company growth with 100+ hires planned for 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts with Hiring Managers
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support CV screening and run initial phone screens
• Lead sourcing and outreach for key hires

📋 Requirements

• Experience hiring for a variety of roles in a high-growth tech business
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech literate with ATS and recruitment tooling experience
