💼 About This Role

You'll lead development of wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Central region, managing portfolio from siting to financing. You'll drive project lifecycle execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects to commercial operation. This role offers the chance to impact renewable energy growth in MISO/ERCOT/SPP markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project development from siting through construction handover.
• Conduct due diligence on development-stage projects and acquisitions.
• Negotiate critical contracts including PPAs, GIAs, and EPC agreements.
• Coordinate interconnection requests and transmission studies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in U.S. renewable energy development.
• Experience with land development including negotiation and permitting.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets.
