You'll deliver exceptional pre-sales support, demonstrating how our models deliver substantial business value and recommending architecture patterns. You'll also serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers toward relevant resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver pre-sales technical expertise and product demos
• Scope use cases and recommend architecture patterns
• Create documentation and FAQs for common pre-sales questions
• Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience with C-level relationships
• Python or Javascript programming skills
• Generative AI or traditional ML prototype delivery experience
• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture
