You'll shape an AI-first engineering culture and ensure high-quality user experiences for finance teams. You'll have autonomy to experiment with agentic development workflows and mentor the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive projects from idea to release including scoping and deployment.
• Write and review technical specs for multi-application features.
• Contribute to AI-assisted development by coordinating agents.
• Implement observability strategies using Datadog.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and CI/CD Automation.
• Experience with monorepos and shared systems.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and custom agents.
• Experience with observability platforms like Datadog.
• Strong background in test-driven development.
