💼 About This Role

You'll lead design and delivery of AI-assisted and agentic capabilities for HackerOne's CTEM platform. Your work will enable customers to continuously discover and fix vulnerabilities across their digital ecosystem. This role combines technical depth with operational discipline on a platform trusted by industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex initiatives end-to-end with moderate to large scope
• Build, ship, and maintain highly available and performant features
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and global engineering teams
• Raise the bar for platform health and engineering practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with AI/LLM systems in production
• Strong technical leadership in cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or similar web frameworks
