You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, executing initiatives like amenities, events, vendor outreach, and civic partnerships. Your role involves communication, event planning, and marketing to enhance tenant experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years customer-facing experience
• Real estate or commercial property experience preferred
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Social Media, Mailchimp, Canva, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Property Management and tenants
• Manage tenant appreciation gifts, welcome packages, and correspondence
• Organize events, track attendance, and develop event programming
• Create and distribute monthly newsletter, manage property website and marketing materials
• Liaise with community businesses for tenant discount programs
