You'll perform maintenance and repair to ensure property safety and functionality. You'll handle service requests and preventive tasks for a student living community. This role offers hands-on work with diverse repair skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers.
• Request required supplies in a timely manner.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain within six months.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
