Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth, and collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality primary care. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and opportunities to perform in-office procedures while supervising NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• 2+ years outpatient primary care in last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• State licensed in CA
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities
