Description

You will drive the adoption of Lightspeed Payments within Lightspeed's existing merchant base in Australia, managing cross-sell/upsell opportunities from lead generation through contract closure. This role focuses on transitioning current POS customers to an integrated payment processing solution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in payment processing industry
  • 3+ years in a closing role for technology/solution sales
  • Proven ability to proactively generate opportunities
  • Documented success in quota-based environment
  • Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales opportunities through multiple channels
  • Manage complete sales cycle from qualification to contract closure
  • Partner with Onboarding teams for smooth merchant transitions
  • Serve as internal SME on payment processing for other units
  • Collect and relay merchant feedback to Product Management
