Description
You will drive the adoption of Lightspeed Payments within Lightspeed's existing merchant base in Australia, managing cross-sell/upsell opportunities from lead generation through contract closure. This role focuses on transitioning current POS customers to an integrated payment processing solution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in payment processing industry
- 3+ years in a closing role for technology/solution sales
- Proven ability to proactively generate opportunities
- Documented success in quota-based environment
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales opportunities through multiple channels
- Manage complete sales cycle from qualification to contract closure
- Partner with Onboarding teams for smooth merchant transitions
- Serve as internal SME on payment processing for other units
- Collect and relay merchant feedback to Product Management
