🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Design and develop full-stack software with Java/Kotlin
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions
• Leverage AI tools to improve development workflow

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Java, Kotlin, or similar languages
• Technical leadership on complex projects
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Proficiency with REST, GraphQL, and modern web standards

• Experience in an early stage startup
• Experience building products from scratch
• Experience in Ads Tech (Google/Meta/TikTok APIs)
