You'll provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client base at LifeStance Health, the fastest growing behavioral health group in the country. Your clinical expertise will directly improve access to quality mental healthcare in the Middletown area.

• Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents
• Collaborate with mid-level providers for comprehensive care
• Maintain documentation using digital technology
• Flexible schedule with telemedicine and in-person sessions

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT
• Fully credentialed in one or more US states
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
