You'll lead operational excellence initiatives for Doctolib Germany's Customer Operations team. You'll identify and implement improvements to scale processes and boost service quality. This role offers a chance to drive data-driven change in a fast-growing healthtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and automate KPIs and dashboards to steer Customer Operations performance.
• Design and implement standards and best practices for operational excellence.
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements with tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive end-to-end process changes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business performance, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record using data analytics to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing multiple parallel initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL and data analysis tool experience (MetaBase, GoogleSheets).
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Fluency in German and English (negotiation level).
