You'll drive product vision and execution for India's first payments app for users above 11. You'll own key metrics like activation and retention, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to ship innovative features. • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and KPIs
• Own and improve key metrics like activation, retention, or revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Use data to prioritize features and evaluate post-launch success

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Product Management
• Proven track record of owning a key product metric end-to-end
• Experience working with Design and Engineering teams to ship features
• Hands-on experience with funnel analysis and A/B testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, or B2C commerce
• Prior experience as an engineer turned PM
• Exposure to ads, revenue, or customer retention initiatives
