Description

You will work directly with Jewish teens in grades 8-12 to create impactful programming, coach them on running their chapters, and support engagement and membership growth in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development and community building.

Requirements

• At least 3 years removed from high school
• Live within or close to the Dallas–Fort Worth region
• Minimum 5 hours per week availability, including nights and weekends
• Creative self-starter comfortable with initiative and collaboration
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Work directly with teens to create impactful programming
• Coach teens on chapter leadership and management
• Attend chapter events and meetings
• Support building chapter calendars and attracting members
• Facilitate communication among chapters, parents, and community members
