You'll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealers, ensuring responsive, high-quality support. You'll manage high-volume customer interactions across phone and email while collaborating with internal teams. This role offers direct impact on partner growth and retention in a fast-paced fintech environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries, escalations, and service requests for assigned dealers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, underwriting, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, dealer services, fintech, or lending.
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-volume, SLA-driven workflows.
  • Experience working directly with external business partners in high-urgency settings.
  • Ability to multitask across systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
