Description

You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues for Starlink across multiple channels. You'll analyze trends, identify gaps, and design support interventions to improve customer experience, acting as a relentless advocate for the customer within SpaceX.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years front-line customer support experience
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
• Excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills
• Strong empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels
• Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise
• Surface product and process issues using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center content
