Description

You will lead the design and development of end-to-end machine learning systems to detect and remediate problematic content on Roblox in real time. You'll shape the technical vision, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the platform safe at billion-user scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing, building, and deploying large-scale ML systems in production
• Proven ability to develop robust, scalable solutions for complex safety challenges
• Experience across text, images, or 3D data modalities is a plus
• Strong communication skills and collaborative problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML systems for real-time content moderation
• Innovate detection strategies using data-driven approaches to identify emerging threats
• Shape team technical vision: define roadmap, establish architecture, drive execution milestones
• Mentor and support junior engineers, set strong technical standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Moderation, Product, Data Science) for community-focused solutions
