You'll partner with Anthropic's Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace to execute flawless real estate operations as we scale. Your work ensures every new office opens smoothly and every transaction is tracked. You'll own tactical workstreams across deposits, rent payments, and broker coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Wire security deposits and first-month rent for new offices
• Manage end-to-end Letters of Credit execution
• Coordinate purchase orders for monthly rent payments
• Maintain real estate pipeline tracker in Airtable

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate real estate operations experience
• Hands-on experience with commercial real estate transactions
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Airtable
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with global real estate portfolios
• Experience at high-growth tech companies (500-5,000+ employees)
