💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end product design for AI and IP blockchain infrastructure at PIP Labs, with emphasis on defining UX for a new category. Your work will directly shape how creators and businesses interact with programmable intellectual property.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across 0→1 and early-stage product surfaces
• Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear UX, flows, and interfaces
• Partner closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready designs for web-based applications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Experience designing complex or technical products like infrastructure or developer tools
• Ability to operate effectively in early-stage or undefined environments
• Strong craft across interaction, UX, and visual design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Web3, AI, or developer platforms
• Comfortable balancing product thinking with brand and storytelling
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to ship live products
