You'll design creative sourcing campaigns and deliver pipelines of exceptional candidates for niche roles. This role offers the chance to leverage AI tools to automate workflows and generate market insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source senior industry talent using advanced passive search techniques
• Own talent market mapping and sourcing strategies for a business area
• Explore AI to automate sourcing workflows and improve engagement
• Build long-term candidate and stakeholder relationships

📋 Requirements

• Depth and breadth of sourcing experience in competitive talent markets
• High proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Gem
• Experience applying AI to resolve business challenges
• Data-driven approach to making sourcing decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Blended in-house and agency/RPO experience
• Corporate GTM role sourcing experience
• Expertise in Boolean and AI-supported search
